This is a conditioning routine that I do to keep myself in peak performance, especially if I have a grueling match coming up. Simple but effective.

Band Runs for 1 minute

Jog to next station

Sled Pushes for 1 minute

Jog to next station

Stair Runs for 1 minute

Repeat for 45 minutes

Obviously this will be exhausting, and your only real rest is the jogging in between stations. Just keep yourself moving and more importantly, PACE YOURSELF. This is a 45 minute workout, and you don't want to gas out too early.
