DAVE MASTIFF: STRONGMAN TRAINING ROUTINE
My training is based around core movements for building strength and endurance. I have a THREE DAY split with weights. Off days I do bits of yoga or body weight movements for cardio.


DAY ONE
Superset:
Front squat (3 sets/8-10 reps)
Pull up (3 sets/ to failure)

Tri set:
Overhead barbell press (3 sets/8-10 reps)
Barbell row (3 sets/8-10 reps)
Sled pulls (3 sets/40 yards)

Rest times: Between 60-120 seconds
